Cancellation requests must be faxed to 703.790.1011 or e-mailed to email@example.com with "Cancellation" in the subject line. All cancellation requests must include the following information:
• Name of company
• Contact information (phone number, email addresss)
• Name of each attendee
• Date and time of course
• State whether you are requesting a refund or re-scheduling of the course
Refunds will be processed 5-10 business days after receipt of your cancellation. One hundred percent (100%) of the course fees will be refunded for cancellations received 30 calendar days prior to course running. Eighty percent (80%) of the course fees will be refunded for cancellations received 15-29 days prior to the course running. Cancellations received 14 days or less will not receive a refund.
Substitutions for registered attendees are permitted. To substitute a registered attendee, please fax a written request identifying the name and email address of the individual who will not be attending along with the name and e-mail address of the new attendee.
Omnis reserves the right to cancel a course up to 7 calendar days* before the course offering. In such cases, registered attendees have the choice to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to another available offering of the same course.
Omnis is not liable for for additional expenses—such as travel, hotels, etc., due to any sort of cancellation.
